What the Research Shows

Nearly all mechanistic evidence for Vesugen comes from cell and tissue-culture work — vascular, lymphocyte, and neuronal culture models — rather than clinical trials.[5] The one notable human-adjacent data point is a small study, reportedly involving around 41 patients, describing improved penile arterial blood flow after treatment with the peptide (there called "Vezugen") for vasculogenic erectile dysfunction linked to atherosclerosis.[6] That is a modest, older, non-Western study that does not meet contemporary cardiovascular research standards.

Additional promotional material describes Vesugen as the active ingredient in an oral supplement, with dosing schemes presented in marketing terms rather than derived from controlled trials. The human evidence overall is thin, geographically narrow, and not comparable to mainstream vascular therapies.

Safety & Side Effects

Public safety information on Vesugen is limited. Some vendor materials describe it as generally well tolerated in the studies they reference, with occasional mild injection-site irritation noted informally, but this is far short of a systematic safety trial.

Because part of its proposed mechanism involves stimulating a cell-proliferation marker, there are legitimate open questions about long-term safety; increased proliferation signaling is not automatically benign once removed from a controlled experiment.
