Neuroxelin is not a single molecule — it is a commercial name for a pre-mixed blend of four separate research peptides, typically combined in one vial at fixed ratios: PE-22-28 (10 mg), Pinealon/EDR (10 mg), N-acetyl Semax (20 mg), and N-acetyl Selank (8 mg), for roughly 48 mg total.
Because "Neuroxelin" is a seller-chosen product name rather than a standardized chemical designation, different vendors can use the same name for different formulations. The ingredient list and certificate of analysis for any specific product should be checked directly rather than assumed from the name alone.
Benefits & side effects
The evidence base behind Neuroxelin is real but fragmented and uneven across its four ingredients. Selank has some human clinical literature, including a published comparison with a prescription anxiolytic in generalized anxiety disorder.[23] Semax has decades of mechanistic and some clinical research on neurotrophin pathways. PE-22-28 and Pinealon are supported mainly by preclinical rodent and cell studies.
Critically, no published research has evaluated the four-ingredient Neuroxelin combination itself as a single product. Any claim about the blend's combined effects is an extrapolation from its separate ingredients, not a tested finding on the finished formula.
